We can provide you with as much or as little support as you need – whether you would like advice and guidance on current or upcoming tenders, access to useful resources, or hands-on help running a tender through a framework. The Hub can assist you with all categories of non-staff spend including ICT hardware, printers and scanners, utilities, furniture, telephony and broadband.

Our procurement advisors are on hand to offer advice and guidance and can help you:

  • Review your current contracts to see if there are areas where you could be saving money in the short or long term
  • Explore the benefits of outsourcing your managed services
  • Collaborate with neighbouring schools where there is an opportunity to reduce costs
  • Identify long-term savings on higher-value contracts
  • Create a procurement plan for this academic year
